I haven't found through Google, so here I am : I'm looking for a
basic, open-source, web-based Customer Relationship Management package
to handle communication with our customers (ie. address, software
licenses they have, history, etc.)
Anybody knows of such a thing?
might try checking sourceforge.net and freshmeat.net as well, there may
be something there.
