Need advice regarding Web Based Crm Solution
BladerWe are a small consultancy company that is looking for a affordable
Web Based Crm Solution to track our customers correspondence, and our projects
with their related documents. We have so far looked at SuperOffice, but would
like to consider other alternatives also.
We have one major concern in regard to the CRM software. Since we are
traveling a lot we need a system that lets us either bring a small selection
of the available information with us on our portables, or give us remote
access to the information using a dial up connection through our cellphones
(can't slow down to a crawl).
Does anyone know of any CRM software that may be suitable for us? We are a
small company and would have less than 10 users for now.

I would advise you not to go for a system that implies the synchronization
(replication) of a database. This always means a lot of maintenance and
problems.
I would look at a Web-based solution, installed in your office, of with an
ASP (application Service Provider). This way you can avoid local
installations, and considerable investments in licences.
