There is an Advanced software management tool.
It names aegis3
Aegis integrates the standard software tools such as gcc
and cvs into an easy to use, extensible software management system.
Aegis simplifies to problems associated with multiple developers and
development tree using a transaction-based approach to version control,
along with a web-browsable repository and an integrated testingmechanism.

NOTE: This is the 3.x branch of aegis. Unless you need to interface
with other 3.x installations, you should use the 4.x aegis package
