Virtual Call Centre
I am looking to use a virtual call centre solution as a backup to a small
call centre.
Does anybody have any comments on organisations providing virtual call
centre solutions or where I should start looking.

www.blackboxtelecom.co.uk provide a solution that allows agents to sign in
online and then it will route calls to them on a geographic number when
signed in.
Take a look at their website, seem very good but can't comment on that
product as I have nothing that complicated. Depends how big - they are a
reseller but for a small - medium operation a good company to go through.
Callagenix operate a great phone system which can be totally
controlled through a web interface. The following link will give you
