SBS 2K3 compatibility with Sugar CRM
Sugar is an open source CRM program that appears to run on Windows and
Linux web servers. Anybody had any experience with Sugar on SBS 2K3?
I have a client who asked me about it, so I figured I'd ask the experts.....

It comes with a built-in Apache server if you download the all-in-one
Windows installer. You'll have to explain to them that it will require a
dedicated port.
Instead of http://server it'll be http://server:90 if on port 90, for
example.
It'll run just fine, although Microsoft CRM 3.0 is more feature-rich and
better integrates with Outlook. Sooner or later they'll want a supported
system, and MS CRM is priced more attractively than Sugar is because MS CRM
is not sold on a subscription model as Sugar is.
