Student Loan Bankruptcy. Anybody Succeed?
I know that ordinarily student loans may not be discharged.
I need to identify an attorney or a pro se litigant who has been
successful regardless as I believe and understand that doing so is
in fact possible if one meets the requirements for hardship.
I've asked the clerk in my district if he could provide me with
the name of an attorney he knew that had succeeded in this regard
or if he could inform me of a case number I could study but of
that inhuman replica of dog feces refused to even discuss
the issue claiming that he was not allowed to practice law.
So, any citations to resources and requirements would be very much
appreciated by this now physically disabled, broke and otherwise
bankrupt person.
It doesn't seem right -- and it isn't -- that all the players buying boats and
jet skis and a closet full of purses and shoes for their girlfriends or wives
can rack it up on credit cards and then walk out of a court room without
a care in the world but a now disabled person who is not able to support
himself can not declare bankruptcy because the debt happens to be a
student loan.
