Murad skin care?
Anyone have anything good or bad to say about
the Murad line?
(And yes, I saw the big ad in Vanity Fair this month.
1.) Cellular Serum -- good; nice moisturizer for night but not day (too
sticky); $$$ but long-lasting
2.) AHA/BHA products -- skip them. I think the Aquaglycolic cream is better,
and I prefer any of the numerous AHA/BHA cleansers available at the drugstore.
3.) Sunless Tanner -- the only one I've found so far that my skin doesn't react
adversely to, but the color is relatively dark
Overall, this line is pretty good. It's a little overpriced for the quality,
however. For the same price I'd choose MD Formulations and a good moisturizer
and/or an antioxidant product. MD Formulations is more potent than Murad, and
thus more effective (for me).
