Paging skincare minimalists !

What's your regimen or non-regimen? Have you always been a minimalist,
or did you pare back?
Most importantly, are you happy with your skin?
-Twice Daily:
Cetaphil Cleanser for Normal//Oily skin
Neutrogena Clear Pore Oil Controlling Astringent
Olay Complete Moisture Lotion

Once a week:
Mary Kay Oil Relief Masking Cleanser

Once a month:
At-home steam facial

I was using St. Ives Apricot Scrub for sensitive skin once a week, but
after reading several skincare articles and a.f. posts saying that
sharp-edged scrubbing grains can damage the skin, I've stopped. I'm
considering switching to a sugar or oatmeal scrub. Right now, I just
use my washcloth to exfoliate.

I've always been a minimalist, but mainly because I didn't know about
all the different products like I do now, thanks to a.f.!! Before, my
normal/oily skin was plagued by the classic T-zone pimples.

What's gotten rid of the pimples is:

- *faithfully* washing my face twice a day
- increasing the amount of water I drink
- eating lots of fruits, veggies, and grains

> Most importantly, are you happy with your skin?

I'm very happy with my skin and don't plan to change my basic routine
anytime soon. But I have to confess, I really want to try all the
different products people are lemming. They sound so luscious!!!

-I used to be a minimalist (just a daily wash with Netrogena), but I seem to
be getting more zits when I'm PMSing these days (and I'm 30, so it's not a
teenage thing), and the zits are leaving scars. :( I think I'm going to
have to start investing in facials.
