Guys, if you were looking for a job, and an unattractive, heavyset, poorly dressed, bad teeth having middle aged female manager offered you a job in return for you having a sexual relationship with her, what would you do?

I don't know...everyone is told to report people these days, no matter if it's guy or girl. wrong is wrong, etc.
This is the "society" part of it. That "society" itself is the victim. Also, this woman may continue to do this. This last sentence is what I'd be concerned about.
I take it from a more individualized standpoint. If you feel offended and embarrassed, then tell. If you don't, don't worry about it. She definitely seems like a joke so joke about it with your buddies at the bar.
