IS A "CAR REPO" A 'LEGAL EVENT'? THROUGH COURTS?
In most states, a car repossession is a "self help" event; no
need for a legal action. Can anyone explain for me???
- Do any states really provide for this?
Many, most or all auto loans may include provisions in which
the erstwhile owner waives various rights under state and common
law and allowing reposession upon delinguency without further ado,
but I'
