Need 2nd Mortgage Form!!!!Help!
I'm looking for a simple 2nd mortgage form to use for loaning my son
some money to put an addition on his house. Any suggestions where I
can scare one up?

doing this right is to go to a local real estate attorney. Preparing and
filing a basic second mortgage shouldn't cost very much for the lawyer's
