Cheap Auction properties
I have noticed several repossessed properties going at auction for around
10-12k the rent income available on these would be around £250 a month,
representing a very good return per annum. Surely there must be a catch ?
- Properties sold at auction are usually cheaper than the same property on
the open market. A block I know of had 2 identical flats for sale, the
open market went for around 28 and the auctioned one at 18.5 two weeks
