Info needed on problem management tool ?
I am not sure this is the right place to post my request, but I'll
give it a try.
The department I work in administers hundreds of clients and neary a
hundred servers (NT 4 and 5 environment).
The company grew very quickly over the recent years and I feel the way
the network is administered is still like when there were only tens of
clients.
To partially compensate this, the company bought a problem management
tool in order to track down all the requests of the users, all the
changes made day-by-day and so on.
Nevertheless, I think this is not very good as it is difficult to
focus the changes made, for example, to the group memberships of the
users, their creation, deletion, and so on.
So, my question is, do you know of any tool like (or a sort of
"service book") specifically tailored for operating system and network
environments ??
