Removing repossession from credit report...HOWTO? Repo Company problem ?

Removing repossession from credit report...HOWTO?Repo Company problem ?

I have a repo from a couple of years ago, and I want to pay off my

debt, and I want to clear-up my credit report. Think I owe $7,500

still, but not sure if that includes interest and 'fees' from the repo

company trying to collect my car. So, I'm about to get a lawyer, but

I don't trust most people with a decided self-interest, much less a

pro-actively clean my credit reports of this repossession? This

finance company is real shady. When you Google them you just get one

lawsuit after another.

with them. Make sure your lawyer knows they are shady, so he can put

in a "liquidated damages" clause for if they don't follow through on

their part.

But yes, you can ma
