Payday Loan Stores can't be legal can it?
It's basicaly a fake employment verification site that will allow people
to present fake employment documents and verification when trying to
secure a loan. It's kinda bold IMO.
IANAL but this certainly seems a tad questionable from a legal standpoint.
Is facilitation of fraud a crime?
- 1) Ethically, it's shady as hell.
2) I'd guess that with some minor modifications, they could claim that you
were "employed" by them for the short time you needed to be to secure a
loan.
3) Some people that would have no trouble paying a loa
