pay day loans problem?
just got a payday loan from a cash converters store in victoria. they
didn't give me a copy of the contract when i requested it, only a slip
of paper that summarises the loan, interest and repayment details.
the consultant declined my request with the reason, "we don't give out
contract copies anymore".
isn't it law for them to give you a contract copy regardless if its
requested or not?
ask for a ltter stating they refusded a copy of the contract, and the dont
pay up,
i cant imagine it would hold up in any court where you are held to any
contract you dont get a copy of..
too easy mate, im off to cash converters tomorrow.
