Obaji skin care products
Is any using the Obaji system for skin care, particularly for
pigmentation problems. If so, does it erase the pigmentation
completely? Has anyone had good experiences with it? Can you elaborate?
Has anyone had bad experiences with it?
Does anyone know of similar products that do the same thing either
better, or at a lower cost?
I started Obagi about 4 months ago and have been pleased with the results. Had
you asked me during the first 2 months, I'd have told you I was miserable -
red, wrinkled, itchy. Pigmentation was not a major problem, but the few brown
spots I had have completely disappeared. I had a certain amount of sun damage
since I live in Florida and sunburn used to be my method of choice for dealing
with relentless teenage acne. (Spare me the lectures - 30 years ago, doctors
actually recommended sun lamps for acne control.)
I've been the most impressed by the reduction in pore size and the improvement
in the texture of my skin. I had acne from the age of 12 to 25 and at 48, my
skin still gushes oil like a teenagers. Obagi has somewhat reduced the
oiliness.
A friend had a serious brown patch on her cheek after a third pregnancy, used
Obagi and it has completely disappeared.
