Second treatment of Accutane?

I'm curious what a second treatment of Accutane is like. I had a bad case of
acne in high school and I did a 6-month course of Accutane (4 years ago).
I've been mostly happy with my skin, but in the past month I've developed
mild acne. Will the side-effects of Accutane be as pronounced a second time
round? Will the fact that the acne is much less severe affect the treatment?
(Has anyone had a similar experience?)
I am strictly speaking from my second course of Accutane that I just
finished in late January. I didn't have the cysts when I went on Accutane a
second time, but I did have mild to moderate acne. And lots of it.
Anyways, when I went on Accutane with just mild to moderate acne, Accutane
brought up lots of cysts that probably wouldn't have otherwise arisen
without the treatment of Accutane.

Remember, Accutane is a powerhouse of a drug. I started to get nodular acne
at the beginning of the second treatment, and then after two months,
breakouts stopped and then at three months I was completely clear. Yes, the
side effects were bad but tolerable.....just like the first time I went on
Accutane. If you have gone on topicals lately for your experience after
Accutane, and they aren't working at all, then I'd suggest getting on
Accutane immediately.

After my second course, by the way, I have applied Differin and it is
working excellently. I have not gotten any cystic acne on my face. I have
only gotten tiny, tiny zits. And even with those, you can't see them
easily. You have to sweat or irritate it in some other way to actually see
the zits. If you go on a second course, the chances get even greater that
your acne won't come back in a "threatening" posture.
