Looking for credit score analyst for new market - where to look?

We're interested in seting up a credit card programme in the EU where

credit management is built on behavioral statistics rather than

personal opinion or plain credit score.

This is an ununsual approach in Europe outside the UK.

Are there any good web sites or forums for recruiting statistical

analysts?
I know a number of folks (myself included) who may be able to provide

consulting sevices in his area. I don't know of any websites (all

personal connects over the years)

Over the years there have been presentations on this kind of application

at meetings of the Classification Society of North America, and IIRC, at

the International Federation of Classification Society.

http://www.classification-society.org/csna/csna.html

That would certainly be an appropriate forum.

SPSS and or Clementine could well be appropriate tools.

Is there a reason the consultant(s) need to be in the EU?

The most frequent kind of methodological error I have seen is to think

only in terms of a dichotomy rather than a polychotomy e.g., there is

more than one way to be non-compliant on income tax reporting, there is

more than one way to fail to complete an enlisted term in the military

(die, go to prison, just don't hack it emotionally, just don't hack it

cognitively, go to officer candidate school, etc.). The predictors of

diferent forms of non-comliance, or non-completion of term may be different.
