Nevada Reverse Mortgage
I wunnerwhy Ah-nuld didn't mention that CA is almost exactly in the middle of
the pack (24) when it comes to auto insurance rates. It's BELOW Nevada and
Arizona. That would be a factor in the desirability of the state to live in, as
well as the attractiveness of the state for people a business might want to
hire. Doesn't overcome the worker comp mess, but I still wonder why Ah-nuld
didn't mention this.
Not only car insurance. I moved to NorCal about 27 months ago, from New
Jersey.
car insurance in CA is about 30% cheaper
gas in CA is about 25% more expensive
REAL ESTATE TAX in CA is about 70% cheaper
food at the supermarket? About the same.
OK, so my house is worth about double what I paid for it only 34 months
ago. NO problem - just means in a few years, I'll have that much more
equity available for that reverse-mortgage!
