any infos about Debt Collectors in Nation Wide Credit Collectors ?
My Wife and myself were contacted by Nation Wide Credit Collectors on
12-26-04 regarding an outstanding bill on my American Express Card. I had
been paying on it what I could for the last two months. But American Express
wanted more than I was able to pay. So they contacted the Credit Collector.

it would be here within a day or two. I found this difficult to believe. I
have no problem paying what we can each month. I do, however, have a problem
with threats. Are they within their rights? Or are they just using scare
tactics? Should I call them back and ask them to send a certified letter?
And what are my options on paying them? Can I legally pay them a specified
