Can I include PAYDAY LOANS in my CH 7
I owe several of these payday loan companies like check into cash etc
money, have gotten stuck in the cycle of borrowing money, paying it
off, and re-borrowing each payday because I lack the money to get out
of it.
Here's how these companies work - they have you write a check for $575
and give you a a loan for $500, then you must pay then within 2 weeks.
If you don't pay, presumably they will file criminal charges when the
check bounces, etc.
So, is it possible at all to include this type of debt in CH 7 without
being prosecuted for a bounced check?
Anyone have any experience in represnting this kind of case, or done
this?

"payday loan" repayment checks is not considered a criminal offense, and
such loans are dischargeable.
