Mortgage broker Licenses!!!any suggestion?
We recently received our broker license and I am interested in talking to
other dealers who have their license or are considering obtaining them. We
are a small operation, 3 sales centers that sell about 200 homes a year. We
have done land/home since 1994 and have been doing real mortgage loans for
the past 4 years. The reason we got our broker license was simply that I got
fed up with the brokers who charged very high fees and their service was the
lowest possible to stay in business.
We will close 2 loans with LB next week and one with Wells Fargo.
Any suggestion?
