Microsoft CRM Technical Support
I downloaded and installed Microsoft CRM from MSDN Subsriber downloads and would
like to use the sample Adventure Works Cycle data however, when I create the
organization as Adventure Works Cycle I get an Invalid License Key when
adding the license.
When I created the organization as MSDN Subscriber as instructed to do on
MSDN Subscriber downloads, I am unable to run the Sample data utility
included with Microsoft CRM because it says the organization must be Adventure
Works Cycle.
So, my question, is there any way to get sample data for the MSDN Subscriber
organization or a license key for the Adventure Works Cycle sample data.I hope
receiving a reply from Microsoft CRM Technical Support
Please help.
What did you download from the MSDN site? I am trying to duplicate your
efforts, and have been unable to find where to download the code. Can you
please provide me a link to go and find this data.
What exactly have you attempted to setup? How is your test environment
configured to this point?
You are correct, that you will need to install the sample data against the
"Adventure Works Cycle" organization.
