Microsoft Crm Hosting

Currently we're hosting email accounts hosting by an outside domain, and
everything is working great. We purchased SBS to meet our end goal of being
able to use Microsoft CRM.

That said, I have heard that we can use Exchange as a "collector" of POP
emails. I don't know if we should just move to hosting our own email via
exchange, or keep things the way they are. We have no email problems now,
and I don't want to be blamed if email starts causing us trouble. 2
Questions:

1. How will it affect our remote users if we host exchange email?
2. Do we have to move our domain / website to be hosted internally?
