Does MS CRM 3.0 have it's own configurator? Is Experlogix required, or just an enhancement?
Does Microsoft CRM 3.0 have it's own configurator? Is Experlogix required, or just
an enhancement? My company has very complex configuration needs.
One more thing - does 3.0 allow for offline product configuration or must
the sales person be online (remote or otherwise)?
CRM 3.0 does not have a configurator. Third party add-ins from
certified developers such as Experlogix would be required in order to
handle complex quoting requirements and provide tight integration back
to CRM 3.0. Experlogix and CRM 3.0 offer off-line synchronization.
