Microsoft Crm 1.2 to 3.0 Question
We have been using Microsoft Crm 1.2 for over 2 years, happy, but anxiously awaiiting
version 3.0. We are a small company and can live with some beta related
issues. Here is my question, when upgrade from 1.2 to 3.0 via the early
access program we will be able to upgrade that to the production release of
3.0?
We would be using this on our live system not just for demo / eval.
If you use the beta versions of crm 3.0 in a live environment MS will
giv you no support and will offer no support for migrating any data
from 3.0 beta to 3.0 live. You could find yourself with all data in a
broken 3.0 beta version and no support for retrieving that data or
moving it to the live release.
