foreclosure info needed for Maryland homeowner
Looking for info regarding foreclosures of residential
properties in Maryland. I am a homeowner with a workers'
comp "issue" who may have to deal with the matter of
foreclosure. I just want to know what I can expect during
this process. The mortgage is through
USDA-RHS (farmers' home loan).
_If you have a workers comp case pending and need to stop a foreclosure until
you receive payment, you may want to consider filing bankruptcy under
Chapter 13, which permits you to stop the foreclosure and cure the default
over time. We do Chap. 13s in MD, VA and DC, so feel free to contact me if
you have any questions
_Before you hire counsel, you may wish to run his or her name through my
free service. I will question the attorney and advise
you as to the beliefs of the lawyer you intend to hire ---regarding YOUR
RIGHTS. I will let you know what his beliefs are
regarding your right to counsel. I am sure that you would not want to
hire counsel that believes that lawyers have the right to
sue citizens and deny the citizen counsel. Before you hire, see my site
http://home.swbell.net/truelaw and connect to the
Washington State Bar site from my page. Then make up your own mind as to
your rights. Why do business with an attorney
that believes you have no rights, when other more suitable attorneys are
available.
