Questions for a Maryland Bankruptcy filing?

I have recently filed in Maryland and have a few questions that maybe
someone can answer.
My 341 meeting is October 27. I filed on 9-2. I just got two things
that concerns me.
1. A "default judgement" paper saying I have til Oct 5th to object.
Shouldnt this have went away with my filing? My court papers for the
suit were included with my filing.
2. I Just got another lawsuit date for another credit card. Should
this not have been taken care of as well?
Now, a few additional questions. Why do these three organizations show
up as creditors on my creditor sheet?
comptroller of treasury
dept. of unemployment
local county tax authority
Lastly, how do they base whether or not you are eligible? Like Is it a
percentage or just if you have any money left over at the end of the
month?
For example, I have about 200-300 left over, but this certainly wont
make a dent in my 50k+ debt load.
If you filed pro se, then run, don't walk, to a lawyer. You're going to
regret not having hired one when you go before the BK trustee at your 341.
Would you perform dental surgery on yourself? No? Then why are you going
into a bankruptcy without a lawyer?
Trust me, the little bit you save now by filing pro se will cost you big
down the road when you discover just how much you've screwed up your BK.
