Financing options include Manufactured Home Financing Bad Credit?
I am looking at buying a used mobile home. I have an accepted fofer
with the seller actually.
I have searched through alt.mobilehomes looking for informaion about
financing. It appears that some people have been happy with TRIAD. I
plan to give them a call first thing in the morning.
I have filled out a couple of the on-line pre-apps, and am waiting for
information to came back from those.

I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions regarding specific things
I need to watch out for when trying to work out financing. Any specific
questions to ask? Any specific lenders to avoid?

The home I am looking at is a '95 single wide 16X80 sitting an a small
rural park/community. I have good/excellent credit. I live in Indiana.
(home of Conseco, whom I plan to avoid if possible)
