anyone can have me about LOW Credit Card Rates ?Does anybody out there know what city Wachovia (spelling?) National Bank
is in? I know the state is Arkansas, but that's it. I've heard that they have
low interest credit card rates, so I'm looking for their phone number.
Problem is, information will only perform the search if I provide them with
a city.
