What should i pay for a living will?
I realize this is a general question, but is their an average cost of a
living will? Are prices regulated, or can an atorney charge whatever
the market will bear? I want to have one drawn up and need a feel for
costs. I'm in California if that means anything
-We retired in California and had knowledge about probate laws and so decided
to make a Family Trust. This transfers all our assets from our name to a
Family Trust name, with us as the pricipal decision makers, and our sons in
