Any comments on a preferred software product for creating a personal will?
I am interested in setting up an A B trust(s) for myself and my wife.
I was reading a book on wills and living trusts, and it recommended using
computer software to generate a living trust and then having it reviewed by
a lawyer in order to save money over the 100% lawyer method.
Are there any "preferred" or "better" software packages for this?
Does anyone know about the legality or effectiveness of them? I'm
specifically interested in their ability to carry out the deceased's wishes.
