Do people who sell legal will kits have to possess some kind of licence
enabling them to do so? How can we be assured that the kits being sold are
legit? It would be a real pity if someone used one of these kits to make a
will and then after they died the people provided for in the will got
screwed because the will turned out to be invalid...
-You can say the same thing about medicos, but there isn't a lot of choice
about it is you need brain surgery. Or, in the case of lawyers, getting
your will made properly.
-At the worst it will be invalid. At medium-worst money will go to law
