Heartburn An Early Sign Of Pregnancy

I am having some problems with pregnancy. Maybe I feel that I am having heart burn or acid reflux
I can't sleep or eat well. My head is spinning round and round whenever I want to do anything
However, I am very afraid of going to the doctor to find a solution
without doing a test how could i tell if i am pregnant and would i be able
to tell for how long? what are some of the early signs of pregnancy
Can anyone help me please?

If you give birth in about eight months, then you were pregnant.
Seriously, some early signs of pregnancy are as follows:

Nausea
Heartburn/reflux
Slightly elevated basal body temperature
Weight gain/loss
Sensitive skin
Increased breast size
'Crampy' feeling just above/behind pubic bone
Change in sense of smell/taste
A 'feeling' of fullness
Frequent urination

symptoms not listed here. (With my recent pregnancy, I experienced
what I call 'little itchies' where I had easily-relieved itches all

period.
