Chase is threating Foreclosure ...Help
We have made multiple late house payments this summer. Now Chase says
it's going to pursue foreclosure. Surely if I have the cash to catch
up they will work with us...?? It's going to be a long weekend so any
help ASAP is appreciated. Although the payments have been late several
times we have not gotten much more than 30 days behind. How can they
pursue this so quickly. Can anyone please advise?
Just be glad the "group of powerful neighbors," known as 'your'
homeowner association board of dictators -- I mean, directors -- didn't
decide you owe 'your' HOA money and decide to pursue foreclosure.
They're notorious for NOT working with you, NOT giving you due process
(because they don't have to) and they can have your house in 90 days.
Neighbors imposing nonjudicial foreclosure on other neighbors. What a
concept.
