Good polish for silver jewelry?




A number of my delicate/filigree silver earrings have gotten very

tarnished. I've been using a standard grocery-store silver polish, but

it's intended more for flatware and dishes and doesn't work well on

these small, intricate things. Can anyone recommend a really good

polish for use on jewelry? (And I would gladly accept the recipe for

the baking soda-and-whatever mixture that one boils in an aluminum pan

for polishing silver--I can never remember how to do that.)

I stress that I am looking for silver *polish*--not for jewelry cleaner.

I've got a jewelry cleaner, but it doesn't really do anything about the tarnish.
- I just talked with Angela of AngelWear Creations(know her and all that) and

asked her what she recommended. She says do not use toothpaste! You can use

your regular silver polish with a toothbrush for the tarnish. Don't get over-
