Any idea what should I do about Fair Credit Report?
I own a residential rental property in California. The tenants did not
pay the rent for several months. I served them with three days pay or
quit notice. They abandoned and destroyed the property. I spent
almost $8,000 to repair the property. I am unable to find them. I
would like to report this case to the major credit report agency to
protect the future landlords they might deal with. Any idea what
should I do?
