Pain relief with EMU oil

I bought some arthritis creme with EMU oil in it on Ebay.com for $1.00. I
was very skeptical but I was desperate to find some pain relief. This stuff
actually works. When I went to bed last night one of my swollen fingers and
two of my toes were throbbing. I just recently received the creme and
decided to try it. Within 10 minutes the throbbing stopped and I was able
to sleep. I don't know if it will work on everyone but it is worth a try.
The guy will also give you a complete refund if you are not satisfied.
-We are and we do.

But EMU oil does NOT work. Any relief you got from it was placebo effect.

I guess you just got lucky. But we have had many many snake oil salemen
through here who posted letters similar to yours.

And just a gentle caution-If you were so impressed with the effects of the emu
oil, that you decided to sell it to help others, be advised-NO ADVERTISING IS
PERMITTED ON ALT.SUPPORT.ARTHRITIS.

- Emu Oil does work, its a great skin care
product and it does possess anti-inflammatory properties that do
penetrate all 7 layers of skin into the tissues below. It's true the X
factor in emu oil that makes it such a wonderful skin care product has
not been identified yet (the X factor in asprin, used since the early
1900's,wasn't discovered until 1982) There are still things in the
world that are unknown. Dr. Barry Sears authur of the "Zone" series of
health books has a hypothesis that the component in emu oil that makes
it work effectively are hormones called eicosanoids. Dr. Sears has
jumped on the emu band wagon and is conducting clinical studies to prove
his theory. Watch for his next book, he intends to include information
on emu oil that will enlighten us.
