Diamond Skull Necklace
Unsolved puzzles:
Goo (near start of game: is this important?)
Gate with Familiar Face (temple)
Diamond (cracked it, can't break it)
Guardian (can kill him to get ruby, but want to do it 'right')
Sand blocked passage(?) (only used to fill bag?)
Basement of temple (what's the point of getting in there and past the traps?)
A number of gates, including wizard's cave & gate to river.
Well, I'm stuck. I don't want to know all the answers, but would
appreciate it if someone told me where I should be looking next or
what I overlooked that will allow me to continue. While walking
around killing things is nice and all, it does get a bit boring.
the wine bottle is used later in the game after you have finished the isle
of Minos. You will also need a cork and a note from the caterpillar
both are found later in the game on the river Styx
Can be used to get out of the dungeon after your first meeting with the
demon child rebecca and her vampire lover. go to the gate and show it to
the guards, the other way out is to eat the read musrooms that the
caterpillar gives you after you return his pipe (Isle of the vault)
used to enter the upper levels of the temple of Ramm, the final area of
the game. a nasty place full of demons and high powered undead
Can only be read after you kill the vampire( who used to be the king)
and rebecca the demon child
Ever see the beggining of Raiders of the lost arc, if so you'll know
when to use it. P.S. you need a character w/high dex
Is used at the top of the other tower, the one opposite the zombie, the
key to this tower can be found in the wizards lair (see below)
You can get the other ruby from the guardian of fire(see below), these
rubies are placed in the skull door on the first sub level of the
castle proper
use it on the diamond one more time and the diamond will break
you need a mask that can be found in the basment of the temple, behind
it is the amazulu queen and her court. You need the Baubles and trinkets
that queequeg leaves for you on the other side of the drawbridge in the
mine area. give the trinket to the amazulu queen then apologize and pay
her the money she wants, then talk to the witch doctor and buy the foot
powder (the whole thing will cost you about 6000gp). Then kill the queen
and take her stuff, the bone necklace is -2Ac or +1 end if used. then use
foot powder and cross the bridge of hot coals, kill the fire god and
get the other stone from him.
the key to the wizards cave is found when you shatter the diamond, the
gate to the river, i'm assuming you talking about the skull door, is
opened by placing the rubies in the skulls eyslots. The third door down
by the skull door is open by waving the wizards ring in front of it,
don't worry about the ring, you haven't found it yet.
