What's your jewelry style?

I just thought of a new thread. What style of jewelry does everyone
like? I seem to be drawn to necklaces and earrings that are heart shaped. I
do own a few cross necklaces. And I love chiming harmony ball necklaces. But,
I am mostly a heart person. Yesterday was my birthday and I got two new heart
necklaces. My husband gave me a beautiful diamond heart necklace. He said that
when he saw it, he knew it was "me." What style does everyone else here like?
Earrings mostly, and a Timex basic black digital watch with a thin red line
around the bezel. I need the digital watch for travel, but a small one to
fit my small wrists; I am now on the third one, which I ordered directly
from Timex's WWW site. And I like pins, provided they are amusing, but
they seem less in fashion at the moment.

No bracelets, necklaces, nor rings, not even a wedding ring. I live in a
cold climate where necklaces and bracelets are a nuisance under coats and
jackets. Rings just drive me nuts and, somehow, I have always felt that
they look best with polished/varnished finger nails, something I don't do.

I sold all my gold jewelry because I found it didn't suit me, and now stick
to silver-colored. The nuisance of polishing silver results in me wearing
costume jewelry mostly; my favorite brand is Anne Klein.

For a long time I was into stars and starfishes. More recently it has been
a few hearts. I avoid designs that can have even remotely any religious
significance. Earrings can be a variety of shapes and sizes up to a
maximum of 2 inches long. I look best in modern-looking designs that are
sort of solid looking, even when small. I am tall and angular so anything
too delicate gets lost on me.
