Tired Jewelry
I wear the same basic pieces everday -- a gold
and silver watch, diamond stud earrings and a diamond cross necklace.
These pieces match every outfit I could possibly wear to work, so what's
wrong with that?
When I go out for a special occasion, sure, I wear different jewelry,
but what's wrong with looking simple and classic otherwise?
Signature jewelry is classic whether it be the gold chain necklace you
received for a special occasion, your pearl earrings, a special watch
or pin. I would never wear cubic zirconia but that is just my
preference. Tired jewelry? I think not. I have a large collection
of jewelry and have seen many of the pieces go in and out of style.
For example, I have two watches from my grandmother, each on a gold
chain as well as a rectangular shaped cameo. One watch is shiny gold
with moon and star set with a few tiny diamonds; the other is ornate
gold design. They were in style several years ago but recently I
haven't worn them. I would never call them "tired."
This person is even going to the trouble of posting the same blatantly
self-serving message under 2 different names.
Maybe the idea that is "so foreign to some women" is that of over-paying
for c.z. jewelry just so they can satisfy your pretense that women
should wear different *fake* jewelry every day.
Personally, I find that a single large diamond is an asset to any
wardrobe type! It is lovely for dressy occasions, yet practical enough
to wear on a hiking trip (if you get lost, you can use the diamond to
reflect sun, attracting attention of the search pilot overhead
