Texas Divorce Debt Settlement: When debts not split 50/50?
I make 40,000 my wife makes 27,000. She now says that
she thinks I should pay more in the divorce because I make more money. Is
this correct? I thought everything should be spilt 50/50? (we have no
children or property, just debt).

award a non-eqaul amount based on how the assets are divided, personal
vs marital property and the ability to service the debt (that is always
