No creditor would agree with this term. 70-90% of the debt
settlement, yes. 70%-50% of the debt settlement, maybe.
-It's always a puzzle to me why some creditors are determined to take nothing
over something. If I was sure you were going to file no-asset Chapter 7, I
don't know why I wouldn't take the $900, even if the debt was $9000.
