Legal Advice on debt recovery. What can they do??
Situation is a follows:
A recruitment consultancy ("Huxley Associates Ltd") finds a freelance IT
consultant ("Rob Green") a 3 day consultancy contract for a client ("Acumen
Envision Ltd") in London. The contract they signed stipulated that the
client will pay the consultant (Rob) directly. Its been over 3 months and
the client (Acumen) has not and will not pay the consultant an amount of
over £1000.00 (They refuse to answer and respond to calls and
emails/letters) and the agency (Huxley) refuses to have anything to do with
it. This is happened to over 5 people and all have managed to get
together..?

An unusual arrangement.
Presumably this is a tripartite agreement that all three parties have signed.
