Debt recovery letter. can I do to stop these people from sending me threatening letters?
I got a letter from a debt recovery agency addressed to someone who has not
lived at the address for nearly 4 years. I do not owe any money to the
company refered to in the letter but I am worried that something bad will
happen as they have threatened to turn up at my doorstep! Aside from
calling the police if they do, what else can I do to stop these people from
sending me threatening letters? I plan on calling them and have already
sent them an email explaining the situation - I am on the electoral register
and have been for many years.
