How do I proceed with Debt collection for service I never had?
I have today out of the blue received a demand from a debt collection
service for £300 for an Internet Service Provider I haven't used for a
couple of years.
I have had no bill from the ISP or contact for I don't know how long.
They don't answer the phone and rumours abound in the isp ng that they have
gone bust.
How do I proceed?
- Firstly ask for a precise breakdown as to how this debt occurred. Could
be that this company has bought the debt
if there was one.
Were you fully paid up when the ISP went bust?
