being harassed by debt company non existent debt what to do?
If you have proof that you have paid the agreement in full - IE copy
of agreement showing total to pay plus receipt for all payments
totalling this amount - phone the company you had the agreement with
and ask to go in and show them the papers .Do not give them the papers
- if they ask for them in the post only send copies .

It is a criminal offence to harrass a debtor under the Administration
of Justice Act 1971. Make sure you record all phone conversations
with the debt collectors and then pay a visit to Trading Standards if
there is the hint of a threat.
