Customer survey questions
I was wondering what kind of questions people put on their customer
survey to get some feed back about product/service quality!
Any thoughts on what kind of questions to avoid?
Any web sites that might provide suggestions/info?
I forget the exact issue this summer, but either Quality Progress or
Quality Digest had a very nice article on that as it relates to
ISO9000:2000. There were references at the end of it, IIRC. You
might get copies at a library if you don't have your own set.
