I am Customer service representative for Blockbuster Video (also known
a Clerk). but I would like YOUR suggestions/advice on how I can be the
best there is for customer service
I would like for you to tell me what YOU expect when you walk into a
retail store (it doesnt have to be a Blockbuster Video store of course)
what do you expect?
I never go to blockbuster, so I can't comment on your stores.
My favorite stores, however, have excelent selections, good prices, and fast
service
In regards to your note. I expect someone to pay attention to me, both by
asking if they can help and by leaving me alone if I say no thank you. I
also, expect that they are still available if/when I do need help. Some
jst seem to vanish into thin air. If I ask a question like "Do you have
'X' in stock?" That if they answer no they offer suggestions on something
similar. Which means that they KNOW their product and their stock.
